DSB flux Bright Noise
Xero Improver
Selection into the Selections Folder to psp
mask into the Mask Folder to psp
Open Material to psp

Step :1
New Canvas 750 x 700 px transparent
FG Color White
BG color from Tube #387ae6
Fill layer with white
New Raster Layer - fill with BG color
Layer - Load mask from Disk
merge group - Layer duplicate - Original layer - Blend Mode - Dissolve
Duplicated Layer is activ - Drop Shadow 1 / 1 / 85 / 1,00 dark color #184bb2
+ repeat with negativ values
Layer merge down
Step : 2
Copy "doodle_kisses_biene - paste as new layer - arrange to the left side
and to the top
Colorize
duplicate - Image mirror - merge down - duplicate
Image - flip - merge down
Send Layer down - Opacity 80 %
Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 85 / 12,00 #184bb2
Merge Masklayer down - Rename into "Mask "
Step : 3
Copy - "Circle.pspimage - paste as new Layer
colorize
Selection - Load selection from Disk
New Raster Layer - Send down
copy your Face tube - mine fj769.pspimage - paste into a selection
Selection none
I adjust to my Tube Adjust Variations like this
1 Original - click once More Cyan and once More Blue
and Repeat Adjust Variations
Adjust Plugin Xero Improver to the Tube and to the Circle
Step : 4
copy now the deco material (ketting, butterfly-hanger, bows )
paste as new Layer arrange as you see it at my Image
Don´t forget colorize
Drop Shadow 0/0/85/12,00 color like above
Copy "rahmen.pspimage - paste as new Layer
Colorize
copy the Text or your own- paste as new Layer
Watermark as new Layer
Step : 5 Animation
Activ the Mask Layer
Effects Plugin DSB flux Bright Noise
copy all layer - AniShop - paste as new Animation
back to PSP - repeat Bright Noise , click to the green point once -
copy all Layer - AniShop- paste after the selected Frame
Select all- save as GIF
