Step :1

FG Color #e5dd00

BG Color white

Open Rosas Scrap Frame """njbbhr3m.png """

duplicate with Shift + D - close Original

New Raster Layer - send down and fill with white

Framelayer - activ - Image Resize to 90 % all Layers not cheqeud

New Raster Layer - send down fill with FG Color

Layer - Load Mask from Disk - merge group

Step : 2

Blend Mode - Dissolve - Opacity to 54 %

Frame is activ - Drop Shadow

1 / 3 / 55 / 7,00 black + negativ values

copy from my material - doddle_groß -paste as new Layer

Arrange to the right - Send Layer down

copy "doddle_klein - paste as new Layer - arrange to the left and to the top

Activate the Framelayer - Magic Wand - click into the Frame -

Selection - Modify - expand to 20 px - New Rasterlayer -

send down - fill with FG color - Blend Mode - Hard Light

Adjust Noise

Step : 3

New Rasterlayer - copy "lacetube - paste into a selection

Blend Mode - Luminance L

Selection - Modify - contract to 15 px - New Rasterlayer -

copy "text_rund_pspimage - paste into a selection

Selection none -

Framelayer and the last 4 layer from the bottom became invisible

Layer mege visible - all Layers visible again

Activ the Framelayer

 

Step : 4

Open the Tube " calguisyeloweasterwoman - Image Resize to 70 %

Copy - paste as new Layer

Close Original - click no for the question -

Arrange the Tube now into your Image - see my picture

Repeat the Drop Shadow like above

Plugin Xero Improver

Adjust to the Frame now Xero Bad Dream XL

repeat Improver

Step : 5

Wirte your Eastergreetings into your Image

My Font Brush Script STD

Happy Eastern size 49

rest of the Text size 36

Drop Shadow 1/3/55/7,00 black

Activate the Masklayer

 

Step : 6 Animation

Effects Plugin DSB flux Bright Noise

copy all Layer - AniShop- paste as new Animation

back to PSP - repeat Bright Noise click to the green Point

copy all Layers - AniShop- paste after the selected Frame

back to PSP - repeat Bright Noise - click to the green point

Copy all Layer - AniShop- paste after the selected Frame

Edit - Select all

Save as GIF
