AlienSkin Xenofex 2.0/ Constellation
Xero Improver
Mask into the Mask Folder to psp
Open Scrapmaterial to psp - Material open

Step :1
New Canvas 800 x 800 px black
VG Color Black
BG Color from Tube #c00000
Open the Scrapmaterial- open - "scrap_moulin_rouge_cg
at the single Layers you find the Scrap Material
Backgroundlayers are invisible
Copy now from the Material a "backgroun"
I used "background2" - paste as new Layer into your Canvas

Step : 2
Layer - Load Mask from Disk - merge group
Drop Shadow 1/1/75/.00 color for me #ff0000
repeat with negativ values color black
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance

Step : 3
Pick now a frame for your Image
You find the second Frame at my material
I used "Frame_2 - from the Scrap Kit - copy
paste as new Layer
Drop Shadow 1/1/75/1.00 black + negativ values -1/-1

Step : 4
Copy from the material " 110092_moulinRougeRot_big.pspimage
paste as new Layer
Arrange to the right side - Opacity to 36 %
Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10
copy from the Kit "revogel 2 - paste as new Layer -
Arrange the Tube like this - the beak of the bird has to touch the mouth of the Tube
Rename into "Bird 1"
Drop Shaadow 1/1/74/1.00 black
Repeat Plugin Xero Improver

Step : 5
Copy from the material (not from the Scrap Kit)
the Tube "rouge assis.pspimage - paste as new Layer
Image Resize to 90 % all Layers not chequed
Arrange to the left next the bird - see my Image ..
Drop Shadow 0/0//5/10,00 black
Repeat Xero Improver like above

Step : 6
Copy from the Kit " rosen-Rechts - paste as ne Layer
Image Resize to 96 % all Layers not chequed - arrange to the right - duplicate -
Image mirror -
Layer merge down -
Repeat Xero Improver
Copy from the KIT "redvogel- paste as new Layer
Image mirror - Resize to 65 %
Arrange the Tube so - that the beak of the bird pick into the empty place at the head
Drop Shadow 1/^/75/1,00 black
Adjust Improver
Rename into """ Bird 2"""

Step : 7
Copy from the Kit "bow 1 - paste as new Layer
Arrange to the right - repeat the last Drop Shadow + negativ values
Copy now from the KIT a "background Layer for your Frame
My "background 5" - paste as new Layer
Select all- Selection Modify - contract to 10 px - delete
Selection none -
Write your Text or paste your name or watermark as new layer

Step : 8 Animation
Activate the Mask layer - Plugin Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0
Constellation
Edit - copy all layer - AniShop- paste as new Animation
back to PSP - undo the last step
Repeat Xenofex and click Random Seed 2 times
Layer - Bird 1 - activ
Image - Rotation - Free Rotation
Repeat this now to Bird 2
Copy all Layer - AniShop- paste after the selected Frame
back to PSP -
undo all steps - till the Msk is without Xenofex again - rpeat Xenofex
like above - Copy all Layer - AniShop- paste after the selected Frame
Edit - Select all- Animation - Frampeproperties to 30
Save your Image as a GIF
