Step :1

New Canvas 800 x 750 px transparent

FG color from _Tube #d83b58

BG color black

Fill Layer with black

 

Step : 2

New Raster Layer fill with FG Color

Layer - Load Mask from Disk - merge group

Layer duplicate - Plugin Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

(default 128/128)

Original Masklayer - Image Resize to 95 % all Layer not chequed

Layers Blend Mode Screen

 

Step : 3

Open Valentines Cluster.png- Image Resize to 65 %

Copy - paste as new Layer - send to top

Colorize to your colors

For me only Plugin Xero Bad Dream XL

Plugin Eye Candy 5 Impact_Glass_here Glass_CG2

Step : 4

Copy "cluster Frame6.png - paste as new Layer

Imag Resize to 90 % all Layers not chequed

colorize - for me only Bad Dream XL

Drop Shadow 1 / 1 / 55 / 2,00 FG Color

Plugin Xero Impover 10/10/10

Image Flip

Step : 5

Copy your Tube - mine tocha23230 - paste as new Layer

Image - Resize to 80 % all layers not chequed

Arrange - see my Image - the Tube ends with the Mask

Plugin Xero Improver

Drop Shadwo 3/3/55/7,00 black and negativ values

Sharpen

copy "border_cg - paste as new Layer

For you colorize - arrange as you see it at my image

Plugin Xero Improver

Paste your name or watermark as new Layer

 

Step : 6 Animation

Adjust now to both masklayer - Plugin DSB flux_Bright Noise

click to the green point

copy all Layer - AniShop- paste as new Animation -

back to PSP repeat to both Layer Bright Noise -

click the green Point once

Copy all Layer - AniShop - paste after the selected Frame

Edit - select all-

Save your Image as a GIF
