Step :1

FG Color #ffb734

BG color #823a00

Image Size for me 850 x 503 px

Open the material, copy the JPG Image from the material

or your own - Resize your picture to my Size

Wallpaper etc...

paste as new Image - Promote Background Layer

Effects Plugins - Divers _penzilla

New Raster Layer - Move Layer down

fill with BG Color

Effects Plugin Xero Bad Dream XL

Layer 1 - Blend Mode - Hard Light and adjust Bad Dream

Step : 2

Activate the Layer at the bottom

Effects Texture Effects - Blinds - BG Color

activate Layer 1

Magic Wand - click into the 2 Triangles .

New Raster Layer - fill with BG Color - Selection - Modify - contract to 2 px

New Raster Layer - fill with Gradient

Repeat Blinds now 2 times - Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

Select all

Step : 3

New Raster Layer - copy " Yoka_Photo's Fashion - paste into a selection

Deselect - Blend Mode - Hard Light

Merge all Layers

Image Add Borders 1 px BG Color , 2 px VG Color , 1 px BG Color

Image Add Borders

Magic Wand, select the border - fill with gradient

Repeat Texture Effects Blinds once

Adjust - Noise

Invert selection - Modify - contract to 4 px

New Raster Layer - Effects 3 D Effects - Cutout

Selection - Select all

Step : 4

New Raster Layer

Fill layer with BG color

Selection - Modify - contract to 1 px fill with FG Color - Modify - contract to 2 px

fill with BG Color - Modify - contract to 1 px - delete - Deselect

Step : 5

Copy "LoriRhae - paste as new Layer - Image

Resize to 55 % - all Layers not chequed

Arrange tot he right side

Adjust Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10

Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 85 / 10,00 BG Color

Move layer down the Frame Layer

Copy " homme-ds32-tube-colombe - paste as new Layer

Arrange tot he left side - Send layer down .

Repeat Drop Shadow

Blend Mode - Overlay - duplicate - Blend Mode - Soft Light

Step : 6

Copy "set2 swirly @Milady.net - paste new Layer

Arrange to the left side at the bottom -

Send Layer to the second place from the top

duplicate - Image mirrow - arrange a little bit to the top

Repeat Improver

Paste your Text as new Layer - Watermark as new layer

Merge All- Flatten

Maybe you have to resize your Image , don´t forget sharpen
