Open " 2010_HNY_fireworks - Image Resize to

850 x 765 px -copy - paste as new layer to you Image

Image Resize 90 % all Layers no checked

Blend Mode - Hard Light - Plugin Xero Improver

duplicate layers - Layers - Merge down

Step : 3

Open " calguisparfum22129.pspimage - by my Tube - duplicate - Layers Merge down

copy -paste as new layer

Plugin Xero Bad Dream XL

repeat Xero Improver - by my Tube - duplicate - layers - merge down.

Arrange to the left Side

copy " glitter.pspimage - paste as new layer

Arrange over Raster 2 - repeat Xero Improver-

colorize to your Colors - layers - merge down

Layers Rename " Animation "

New Raster layer - layers Arrange - Send to Bottom - fill the layers with Black

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

colorize by me H : 231 + S : 146

Selections Invert

New Raster layer - Arrange Move down - fill BG color

repeat Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

Layers - New Mask layer from Image

Merge group -select none - Effects Edge Effect Enhance

copy " schleife_cg.pspimage - paste as new Layer

arrange to the Right side down - colorize to your Colors

repeat Drop Shadow your Color BG color

Paste your Text as new Layer

Watermark as new Layer

Step : 6 Animation

activate Layers Animation

Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Copy - All Layers - AniShop- paste as new Animatiion

Back to PSP

undo the last Step

repeat Xenofex -Don´t forget Random Seed need

copy all layers - AniShop - Edit

Paste after

the selected Frame

Edit

Select all - Animation - Frameproperties to 20

Save your Image as a GIF
