Open Material , Selections into the Selections Folder to PSP

Silber Pattern into the Pattern Folder

Picture Frame into the Pictureframe Folder to PSP

Step :1

Open a new Canvas 800 x 600 px transparent

FG color #d5e7f5

BG color #29547b

Gradient fill layers

Gaussian Blur 25,00

duplicate Layers - Effects Geometric Effects - Circle

Blend Mode Hard Light

Plugin Xero Improver

Step : 2

Selection - Load selection from Disc

copy " Devilsinside_560_2009 -paste as new Layer

Selections Invert - Delete -Selections Invert

Blend Mode Soft Light - repeat Xero Improver

Selections Invert

activate copy from Raster 1- copy - selections none

paste as new layer - arrange bring to top- rename " xenofex "

Blend mode Luminancy L

Effects Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique

Drop Shadow 10/10/50/25,00 color White - repeat -10/-10

Step : 3

copy " Devilsinside_533_2009 - paste as new layer

Image Resize to 65 % - all layers no checked - arrange to the left Side

a little bit bottom , the tube on the left, with her hair against the top edge.

Blend mode Soft Light - duplicate - Image Mirror

the layers - Opacity 48 %

repeat Xero Improver to two layers from Tub

activate Raster 1

Selections - select all - Image Crop to Selection - Select all

Image Canvas Size

Step : 4

Selections Invert - new Raster layer - arrange - bring to top

fill BG color - New Raster layer - fill with the Silber Pattern

45 / 100 -Blend Mode Hard Light

layers Merge down - select none

Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 100 / 10,00 BG color

Image - Picture Frame - Transparency Color FG color

Blend mode Hard Light

activate Raster 1 - Image Resize

Step : 5

activate Raster 2 ( background devilsinside )

Load selections from Disc

New Raster layer - rename into " Schnee )

Plugin VanDerLee_Snowflakes

Selections none - duplicate the layers two times

activate layers " Schnee "

Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow - the last two 128/255

the first copy Cross Shadow 128 / 235 Opacity 80 %

the second copy Cross Shadow 128 / 255 Opacity 60 %

copies of the layers turn invisible

activate layers " xenofex - duplicate the layers two times

to all three layers - Xenofex 2.0_Constellation and once

click Random Seed

copies of the layers turn invisible

Step : 6

copy the Text from Material - paste as new layer

Arrange - Bring to top - Paste your Watermark as new Layer

Step : 7 Animation

Edit - copy all Layers - AniShop- paste as new Animation

back to PSP

- layers Schnee + Xenofex turn invisible

Visibly, the first copies of the layers

Edit - copy all Layers - AniShop - Edit - paste after te selected Frame

back to PSP - layers turn invisible

the lact copys visible

Edit - copy all Layers - AniShop - Edit - paste after te selected Frame

Edit select all- save your image as a GIF
