Step :1

New Canvas 800 x 800 px transparent

FG Color #9abfe3

BG color #235381

Fill Layer with FG Color

Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

New RasterLayer - Select all-

Open the Scrapkit

Copy " paper013.png - paste into a selection - Deslect

Blend Mode - Hard Light

Step : 2

Copy from the Kit " frame05.png - paste as new Layer

Layer duplicate - colorize duplicated layer to your BG color

Original Layer - Blend Mode Luminance L

adjust to this Layer - Effects Texture Effects Mosaice Glass

layer still activ

Copy the winterlandscape from my material

Paste as new Layer - let it like it is - duplicate -

Image mirrow - Merge layer down

Step : 3

Copy " element015a-itha - paste as new Layer in first place

Image - Resize to 85 %

all Layers not chequed - arrange to the left side to

the bottom

Drop Shadow 0 / 0 / 65 / 35,00 color white

Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10

repeat the Shadow and Improver

Copy " element08a-itha - paste as new Layer

at first place - Image Resize to 85 % all Layers not chequd

arrange to the right and to the bottom - repeat the Shadow and Improver

Copy " element09a-itha - paste as new Layer

Image Resize to 65 % repeat with 80 %

move next to the sign

Repeat Improver and the Shadwow

Step : 4

Copy " element01a-patrick - paste as new Layer

Image Resize to 65 % arrange between the trees

Move Layer down on top of the landscape

Blend Mode - Hard Light

Copy " element017a-itha - paste as new layer -

Arrange on top at the little figure, you have to see only the wings

on top- repeat colorize and Drop Shadow

Step : 5

Copy from my material the preperaed Element from Itha

paste as new Layer - move to the top

arrange to the border at the top- repeat Drop Shadow

Repeat colorize

copy from the Kit " element018a-itha - paste as new Layer

Image Resize to 65 % all layers not chequed

colorize , repeat Drop Shadow and Improver

Duplicate - Image mirrow - Arrange the Element as you like it

Merge down two times and rename into Glitter

 

Step : 6

layer 1 is activ - Image - Resize to 700 px al layers chequed - Select all

Image Canvassize

Invert selection - New Raster Layer - move to the top

fill with VG Color - Deselect

Effects - Plugin - Eye Candy 5_VM Nature_SnowDrift_Settings , Large,First Flakes

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

Repeat the Filter

Paste your Watermark or Copyright as new Layer

 

Step : 7

Activate your Snolandscape - New Raster Layer -

Rename into "Snow"

Effect Plugin VanDerLee_Snowflakes

duplicate the layer - Image - Mirrow -

Duplicate - Image flip- both duplicated Layers became invisible

Activate the Layer "Glitter" - duplicate this Layer 2 times

Effects Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Repeat Xenofex to both copys click Random Seed both duplicated layer

became invisible

 

Step: 8 Animation

Edit - copy all layers -

AniShop - paste as new Animation

back to PSP - "glitter and snow " became invisible

both first copies became visible

copy like above- AniShp- Edit - paste after the selected

Frame - back to PSP both 1. copies became invisible - 2. copies became

visible - Edit - copy all layers - Anishop paste after the selected frame
