VM Natural_Sparkle

Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Step :1

New Canvas 800 x 600 px transparent

FG Color #dae9f0

BG Color #001469

fill layer with FG Color

Effects Plugin VM Instant Art_Three Cuts

If you are using different colors, please colorize your image

Effects Textureeffects Mosaic Anitique

Step : 2

copy the Tube - paste as new layer -Image Resize

to 90 % - Resize all layers not chequed - sharpen

Blend Mode - Luminance (Legacy) - Layer duplicate - Blend Mode - Hard Light

New Raster Layer fill with BG Color

Effects Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Layer - New Mask Layer from Image - Merge Group

Repeat Cross Shadow 128/255 last two values

Layer - Duplicate - Blend Mode - Screen

Merge All (Flatten)

Step : 3

Image - Add Borders 5 px FG Color

Magic Wand- select the border

Effects TeXture Effects - Blinds - BG color

Deselect

Image - Add Border - 30 px BG color - Magic Wand - select the border

Effects Graphics Plus Cross Shadow ( Default 128/128 )

Selection -Select All-

New Raster Layer -

copy " Frame-6193 - paste into a selection -

Blend Mode - Hard Light - maybe you have to colorize now -

Selection - Modify - contract to 5 px - Invert selection -

Nre Raster layer - fill with FG Color - repeat Blinds - like above

Dropshadow 1 / 1 / 85 / 1,00 Bg color - repeat -1/-1

Deselect

Activ - Backgroundlayer -

Adjust Xero Improver 10/10/10

 

Step : 4

copy the Text paste as new layer at first place

Watermark as new layer

Activ the layer with the Frame

Step : 5 Animation

Effects Plugin VM Natural_Sparkle

Edit copy all Layer-

AniShop- paste as new Animation - back to PSP -

undo the last Step - repeat Sparkle- change

Random Seed to 162

Edit copy all layer - AniShop- Edit-

paste after the selected frame

Edit - Select All- Animation - Frameproperties

to 20 - Now save your Image as a GIF
