New Canvas 800 x 620 px transparent

FG color #dae9f0

BG color #8eb3c6

Plugin MuRa's Meister Cloud

Effects Plugin Alien Skin_Eye Candy 5_Nature_ Snow Drift_Small,First Flakes

Step : 2

Copy " Tube Vision of Winter - paste as new layer

layer colorize - Values from VG Color H + S take a little less with S please

Move the Tube a little bit to the left side and a little bit to the top

Colorize - duplicate layer - Blend Mode - Lighten

Layer merge visible

Step : 3

Copy " mc2044- paste as new layer - move to the right side

colorize like above

Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10 2 times

New Rasterlayer - Select all- copy

" Bild4-1_cg.pspimage - paste into a selection - Deselect

colorize to your colors - mine is already colorized

Effects Textureeffects Mosaice Antique

Repeat Mosaice Antique - Blend Mode - Hard Light

Move Layer down - Rename into "ani1"

 

Step : 4

New Rasterlayer - Send to the top- fill with BG Color

Select All- Selection - Modify - contract to 5 px - Delete

Invert selection

Effects Arteffects - Halfton

Invert selection - Effects 3 D Effects Cut out

0/0/100/45,50 a light dark color from your Image

mine #5aaad6

Deselect -

Dropshadow 0 / 0 / 85 / 2,00 black

Step : 5

New Rasterlayer -move down - fill with VG Color

Layer - New Masklayer from Image -

merge group-

Dropshadow 1 / 1 / 85 / 1,00 black

Rename into "ani2"

copy the Text paste as new layer- move to the top

colorize -

Dropshadow 1 / 1 / 85 / 1,00 dark color from image mine #0b1e62

Watermark as new layer

Activ the summarized layer

Plugin optikVerve Labs_virtualPhotographer

Step : 6 Animation

activate layers " ani1 "

Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

activ "ani2" repeat Xenofex and click Random Seed once.

Edit - copy all layers- AniShop- paste as new Animation -

back to PSP undo the last 3 steps

repeat Xenofex now at both layers and click Random Seed once

Edit - copy all layers - AniShop- Edit - paste after the selected frame

Edit Select All

Animation - Frameproperties to 20

Save your Image as GIF
