Open Material , Textur and Gradient into Folder to PSP
, Bilderrahmen into the Folder to pSP

New Canvas 860 x 600 px transparent
VG Color #419eff
BG Color gradient
Fill layer with gradient , coloring to your color
Effects Texture Effects Texture FG color#419eff
are you Color
Step : 2
Copy " Frame (31).pspimage - paste as new layer
Coloring to your colors
My Values
H : 148 + S : 128
Take a little less with S
Duplicate layer- Rename into Animation - Blend Mode Multiplication
Layer became invisible
Activate the Originallayer (Frame) Blend Mode - Hard Light
Repeat Textureeffects - Texture like above
Step : 3
Copy " aaabibichescenery0400.pspimage - paste as new layer .
Arrange to the right - repeat coloring - not nessaray for me
Blend Mode - Hard Light
Copy " aaabibichecoyotpam025.pspimage - paste as new layer
Image Resize to 75 % all layers not chequed
Arrange to the left- Sharpen .
Step : 4
Copy " Devilsinside_534_2009.pspimage - paste as new layer
Image Resize to 75 % all layers not chequed
Sharpen - repeat coloring - Blend Mode - Lighten -
Duplicate layer and merge down
Activate your Erasertool and erase at the right Tube the part of the
left Tube - aktiv the layer with the Tube
Also erase everything what is visible at the left arm, and at the head of the Tube
Your picture has to look like this
Repeat Texture to the left Tube
Step : 5
Activate Layer 1- Select all- Image - Crop to selection
Invisible Framelyer became visible-
the layer should be at first place at the range
Image - Imageframe
Effects 3 D Effects Drop Shadow FG color
Repeat with negativ values
Copy now the Text or your own - paste as new layer .
Watermark as new layer
Step : 6 Animation
layer Animation is activ
Effects Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation
Edit - copy all layers - AnaiShop - paste as new Animation -
back to PSP undo the last step-
Repeat Xenofex and click Random Seed once.
Edit - copy all layers- AniShop-
Edit - paste after the selected frame -
Edit - Select All
Save your Imge as a GIF
