Open Material , Copy the three attached files with the extension... sfs

Into the Plugin Folder Snowflakes

Pattern silverbeads into the Pattern Folder to PSP

Step :1

New canvas 860 x 600 px transparent

Color FG # eff3f8

Color BG #a7cae8

fill layers with color HG

Effects plugin Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

Selection select all - Modify - contract 40 px - Selections Invert

Effects- Art Media Effects Brush Strokes FG color

Selection Invert

Step : 2

New Raster layer fill with the Gradient

New Raster layer - copy " NS_15_0111_09 - paste into the selection

Blend Mode Luminancy L

Layers Merge down

Plugin FM Tile Tools_Blend Emboss

copy " SnowBulb2_V.psp - paste as new Layer - colorize - Sharpen

Blend Mode Screen - arrange down borders - see my Image

Selections Modify - Select Selection Borders

New Raster layer - fill BG color - new Raster layer fill

Pattern silverbeads

Blend Mode Luminancy L - Layers Merge down - Rename Rand 1

select none

Step : 3

Activate layer 2 - Select all- Selection Modify - contract to 40 px

copy " NS_14_0111_09 - paste as new layer - arrange to the right to the bottom

if anything now over the border, - invert selection - Delete- invert selection,

Blend Mode Lightness L - Repeat Blend Emobss -

Merge layer down - coloring My values H: 146 + S :51

invert selection

New Rasterlayer - Open the Tube " deco-2-par-patou -copy the layer 2

paste into a selection -

repeat coloring - Blend Mode Lighten - Send layer on top of Layer 1-

Merge layer down -

Activ layer 2 of yor Image - invert selection

New Rasterlayer - Renamne into Schnee 1

Plugin VanDerLee_Snowflakes

Click Open and search my files into "Snowflakes " in your Plugins

select the first file see Screen - click open

now your settings are like mine at the first screen above

New Rasterlayer - Rename into "Schnee 2"

repeat Snowflakes - click Open and

cg02.sfs - this layer became invisible

new Rasterlayer - rename into "Schnee3" - repeat the Plugin and

select now cg03.sfs - Layer became invisible

Deselect

Step : 5

Copy now the Christmastree from the "deco-2par-patou"

paste as new layer - Image Resize to 70 %

all layers not chequed - sharpen - Blend Mode to Lightness L

Rename into "Xenofex 1 - duplicate this layer 2 times - 2. copy is activ

Effects Plugin Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Layer became invisible - repeat Xenofex to the first copy and click

Random Seed once- layer became invisible -

Repeat to Xenofex 1 and click Random seed once

Activ the layer "Rand 1"

copy " Devilsinside_506_2009 - paste as new layer - Image Resize to 80 %

- arrange to the right side - sharpen

Repeat colorize

Step : 6

Activate layer 1 - copy - new rasterlayer - send to the top

Select all- paste into a selection - Selection Modify - contract to 40 px

Delete - invert selection

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

Deselect - Send layer down - layer "Rand 1 is at first place at the range -

Merge layer down -

Open bow195-sandi.pspimage - copy now the right bow paste as new layer -

Resize to 65 % - sharpen - colorin -

Dropshadow -1/1/65/2.00 dark color from picture mine # 668195

repeat Dropshadow 1/-1 - duplicate layer - flip vertically

merge down

Step : 6.2

Copy " D garland2.psp - paste as new lyer - select right a part of the end of the tube

copy - deselect paste as new layer

Fix to the left side to the tube - merge down- coloring - repeat dropshadow-

Send layer down to the bow- merge layer down

Rename into "Xenofex 2 "

Copy " girlande2.pspimage - paste as new layer - arrange to the bottom

see my picture - repeat coloring to your colors -

Repeat Dropshadow - merge layer down -

Now you must have one layer Xenofex 2

duplicate this layer now 2 times - repeat now Alienskin Xenofex

Constellation like above to all 3 layers and click Random Seed once to each layer

duplicated layers became invisible

Step : 7

Copy " JRhell_Christmasbanner - paste as new layer -

Image Resize to 75 % all layers not chequed

coloring - sharpen 2 times - repeat Dropshadow

Watermark as new layer

Step : 8 Animation

All duplicated layers are invisible

layer summarized visible - copy - AniShop- paste as new Animation

back to PSP - undo the last step - layer Xenofex 1, Xenofex 2 and Schnee 1 became invisible

all first copies became visible - layer - summarized all visible layer -

Copy - AniShop - Edit - paste after the selected frame -

back to PSP - undo the last Step - all first copies became invisible -

all second copies became visible -

layer - summarized visible - copy

AniShop - Edit - paste after the selected frame -

Edit - Select all- Animation -

Frameproperties to 20

Save .... The Animation is very heavy so save like this

Now save your image as a GIF.
