Step :1

New Canvas 700 x 700 px black

FG Color #eb6767

BG Color black

Open the ScrapKit -copy-" black-stars.png - paste as new layer

Image Resize to 85 % sharpen

Adjust - Hue Saturation

Values from FG Color H + S

H : 255 + S : 170

Step : 2

Select all- Selection Modify - contract to 100 px

New Rasterlayer

Selections Modify - Select Selections Borders

Fill layer with gradient

Effects Plugin Graphics PLus_Cross Shadow

( default 128/128 last two values )

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

Effects - Edgeeffects - Enhance more

Effects Plugin Xero Bad Dream XL (default)

select none

Step : 3

Magic Wand - Toleranz + Edgesharpness 0 - click into the middle

of the frame - new Rasterlayer - send down

fill with gradient

Blur _ Gaussian Blur 65,00

Repeat Xero Bad Dream - Deselect - Send layer at second place at the range

Effects - Textureeffects - Anciens Mosaice

Step : 4

Copry from the Scrap Kit _ metal-heart.png - - paste as new layer in first place -

Repeat coloring -

Dropshadow 3 / -3 / 50 / 5,00 color black, repeat -3 / 3

arrange the Tube now to the top to the border - see at my picture

Copy your Tube -

mine Edward Bella Twilight ,

paste as new layer - Image Resize to 85% -sharpen

Arrange the Tube now into the frame

With my Tube - Adjust - Digital Camera Noise Removal

Repeat Xero Bad Dream like above (default)

Adjust - Fill Flash - Fill Flash Filter

with 45

Xero Improver 10/10/10

Step : 5

copy from the Scrapkit " chrom-swirl-red.png - paste as new layer

Repeat the Dropshadow

Coloring

Send layer down at 4th place at the range

copy now a bow from the kit

past as new layer at first place - Resize - for me to 85 %

Arrange Tube to the bottum see my picture - repeat coloring

Repeat Dropshadow

Step: 6

Copy " messy-ribon.png - paste as new layer -

Image Resize - 35 % - arrnge to the left side to the top

copy now the rose.png - paste as new layer -

Image Resize to 55 % - arrange to the right side at the bow

repeat coloring and Dropshadow

copy from my material "rose.pspimage - paste as new layer -

Send layer below the big bow

copy now both Textes from the material - paste as new

rasterlayer at the first place

Arrange like you see at my picture

Watermark as new layer

If I don´t forget anything, smile, than we got it !!

Step : 7 Animation

Activate the layer with the stars

Effects Plugin Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0 Constellation

Edit copy all layers - open the AniShop - paste as new Animation

back to PSP - undo the last Step - repeat Xenofex

click Random Seed two times

Copy all layers

AniShop - Edit - paste after the selected Frame

Edit - Select all- and save as GIF
