Material

Plugins : HIER

AlienSkin Xenofex 2.0/ Constellation

Grahics Plus Cross Shadow

Xero Bad Dream XL : HIER

You may take this little figure    along for your orientation

Step :1

New Canvas 860 x 660 px transparent

FG color #8b1a15

Bg color black

fill layer with VG Color

Graphics Plus Cross Shadow ( default last two values 128/128)

Step : 2

New Rasterlayer fill with black

Layer - New Masklayer from Image

merge group- Rename into "Animation 1"

copy " deco3.pspimage " paste as new layer -

Now you have to coloring to your colors

copy " deco1_cg.pspimage - paste as new layer

Effects 3 D Effects Dropshadow

1 / -1 / 50 / 5,00 black -repeat -1 / 1

Step : 3

Copy " HC_lalice-element18.png - paste as new Layer

Image Resize to 90 % - Sharpen

Coloring with me like this

Drophadow like above

Copy " FancyPinkFlower Cajan Designz - paste as new layer -

Image Resize to 80 % - sharpen - coloring like above

Repeat the Dropshadow

Adjust Xero Bad Dream XL (defautl)

Send layer down

Step : 4

Activ first layer at the range

copy " Big-Deco_Ad-147a.Psp Tube _ paste as new layer

Arrange to the stripe at the left - repeat coloring -

duplicate layer - flip vertically - merge down -

copy now your Tube . mine luzcristina- paste as new layer

Image Resize to 90 % sharpen

Repeat the Dropshadow like above - arrange to the middle

Step : 5

copy " deco2.pspimage - paste as new layer -

coloring like above (not nessaray for me )

Arrange down to the stripe at the bottom - see my picture

Rename into "Animation 2"

copy the Text or your own- paste as new layer

Watermark as new layer

Step : 6

Activate the layer Animation 1

Effects Plugin Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

repeat Constellation to the layer "Animation 2"

Edit copy all layer

AniShop - paste as new Animation - back into PSP -

undo the last 3 steps - repeat Xenofex set Star Size 3.0

and click Random Seed once to both layer "Animation 1 and "Animation 2"

Edit - copy all layer

AniShop- edit - paste after the selected frame -

Edit - select all-

Animation - Frameproperties to 20

Save your Image as a GIF
