Open Material , Mask into the Mask Folder to PSP

Texture into the Texture Folder to PSP

Step : 1

New Canvas 700 x 700 px white - change Backgroundlayer

BG color #95151c

new Rasterlayer - set at your color now the Texture

Fill layer - layer load mask from file - merge group

Effects Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow( Standard 128/128)

Effects Texture Effects Mosaic Glass

Open the Scrap Kit Blacksilver

Step : 2

copy from the kit the layer "Gruppe Raster 3 "paste as new layer

Dropshadow 10/10/50/5,00 Black repeat -10/-10

copy now your facetube , mine 3952Monique42 psp-

paste as new layer - Image resize to 80 % - arrange into the circle to the middle

- Plugin Xero Improver

Step : 3

Copy from the Kit the layer Raster 2 - paste as new layer

Image resize to 120% all layers not chequed

repeat the dropshadow

activate your rectangletool - pick at your Tube on top of the frame -

the part who ist visible- delete

Deselect - repeat also with the frame at the bottom

Copy from the Kit the layer Raster 5 - paste as new layer

send to the top

arrange to the bottom at the left side - on top of the frame - see my picture - copy from the Kit -

Copy auf Raster 5 - paste as new layer - arrange abowe to the half hard

see my picture - merge down

Dropshadow 0/0/50/10,00 black

copy now from the Kid the layer - Raster 3- (flower) paste as new layer

arrange to the right side down at the frame

Repeat Dropshadow - copy now the layer wiht the first bowe

left - paste as new layer - arrange to the top at the left side- copy the second

bow- paste as new layer - arrange to the top right side

merge layer down- Repeat dropshadow

Step : 4

copy the Textlayer - paste as new layer - arrange into the hard

write your name into the picture - repeat Dropshadwo

Layer 1 became invisible

Summarized all visible layers- visible- layer stays activ

layer 1 became visible again

Step : 5

Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

copy all layers - AniShop- paste as new Aniamtion

back to PSP - undo the last step -

repeat Xenofex and click Random Seed 2 times

copy all layers - AniShop- paste after the selected Frame

Edit- Select All- Animation - Frameproperties to 20

Now you can save your Scrap as a GIF
