Open Material , Mask into the Mask Folder to PSP

Image Size is 800 x 600 px

VG Color #2ca1b4

BG color Black

Open the picture "fractal.jps- from the material - duplicate with Shift +D

close the Original

Now coloring to your colors

Step : 2

Effects Plugin Unlimited_Filter Factory Gallery D_ Warm Jets

Duplicate layer- Blend Mode - Lighten

Summarized all layers

New Rasterlayer - Select all- copy the picture "Orb of the Shifting"

paste into a selection - Deselect

Blend Mode - Overlay

Layer - load mask from file - merge groupe

Layer became invisible - akctivate the last layer at the bottom

Step : 3

copy " fantasy0803_Tbs - paste as new layer

Blend Mode- Soft Light- arange like you see at the screen

Its up to your Tubes and colors, try the Blend Modes out !!

Copy " FUN_26_JAN09.pspimage - pase as new layer

arrange to the right and to the top - Blend Mode - Soft Light - duplicate

Blend Mode - Lighten - summarized visible layers

Copy " TriziaTube_Night_Butterfly.psp -paste as new layer -

Arrange to the left side - duplicate - Blend Mode Lighten

Summarized all visible layers

Step : 5

Masklayer became visible

Image Resize to 110 % all layers not chequed

Arrange the Mask to the top border

Deformingtool- pull the mask down to the border

copy "fantasy130.pspimage- paste as new layer

arrange right to the mask

Summarized all layers

Select All- Change selection - contract to 5 px

Invert selection fill with black- deselect

Edit - copy

Step : 6

Image add Borders FG color

Magic Wand, select the border- paste into a selection

invert selection

Dropshadow 10/10/50/5,00 black- repeat -10/-10

Deselect

Effects Plugin Nik color Efex Pro

this values at the right side

paste the text or your own as new layer

watermark as new layer

summarized all layers

 

Step: 7

Effects Plugin Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Edit - copy - Anishop - paste as new Animation

bak to psp undo the last step - repeat Xenofex click Random Seed 2 times

copy - AniShop- edit- paste after the selected Frame

Edit - all-

Save your Picture as a GIF
