Bg color #26c254
turn your FG color into the gradient
Fill your Layer - Blur - Gaussian Blur 20.00

Selection- Load Selection from file

Deselect

new Raster layer - Select All- copy "post.pspimage
Paste into a selection
Deselect - Blend Mode Hard Light
Layers Merge Visible
Copy " H@nne-Flowers-May 2009.pspimage - paste as new Layer
Image Resize to 75 % all layers not chequed
Image flip vertically - arrange to the top to the left
Drop Shadow -2 / -2 / 45 / 1,00 black repeat 1/0/45/1,00 black

Blend mode - Hard Light
Step : 4
copy the Tube " lexis_TBfaceM151.pspimage - paste as new layer
Image Resize to 75 % all layers not chequed
Image flip vertically - arrange to the right side
coloring to your FG color

Repeat Xero Improver - Blend mode Hard Light
Layers Merge visible
Step : 5
new Rasterlayer - Selection - load selection from file
fill selection with gradient like above - repeat Scanlines -
Blend Mode - hard Light
Drop shadow 1 / 1 / 45 / 1,00 black + repeat -1 / -1
Deselect
activate your deformingtool - pull the form down, just a little bit
Activate the last Layer - Select- Select All -
change selection contract to 20 px
invert selection
Effects Plugin BorderMania_Frame 2
Deselect
Copy " calguisoislaux2099.pspimage -paste as new Layer -
Image Resize to 65 % all layers not chequed
Arrange to the right to the bottom - coloring
repeat the last drop shadow - both values
blend Mode Overlay
Step : 6
copy the Text from the material or your own -
paste as new Layer . Watermark as new layer
Layers Merge all
Effects Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation
Edit - Copy - AniShop- paste as new Animation
back to PSP undo the last step, repeat Constellation - click Random Seed once
AniShop- paste after the selected frame
Edit all
Now you can save your picture as a GIF
