Concentric Waves

Copy now both Tubes paste as new Layer

Resize if nessary- I resized to 75 % - arrange the Tube as you see at the picture

Drop Shadow at the left Tube- 10/10/40/5.00 Black repeat with negativ values -10-10

Effects Plugin Xero Improver 10/10/10 at both Tubelayers

Merge down

Plugin Xero Bad Dream XL

Step : 3

Image - Imageframe

Activate Magic Wand - click to with borders - gradient - fill the selection

Activate Magic Wand - gradient - fill the selection

Screen

Drop Shadow 5/5/40/5.00 Black - repeat with -5/-5

Deselect

duplicate this layer 2 times

Effects Plugin sb flux_Brigth Noise

2. copy - bright noise mix =11 - Layer became invisible

1. copy - bright noise mix =18 - Layer became invisible

Original - birigt noise mix 25 - Layer stays visible

Copy "sindedots.pspimage- paste as new layer - coloring to your colors-

rename into sindedot

duplicate this layer 2 times

Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Layer became invisible

1. copy - repeat Xenofex click Random Seed 2 times - Layer became invisible

Oroginallayer sindeots - repeat Xenofex click Random Seed 2 times.

 

Step : 4

New Rasterlayer - send to the top- fill with FG Color

Layer - New Masklayer from Image

Merge group - Drop Shadow

2/2/55/1.00 BG Color - repeat -2/-2

blend Mode - Hard Light

New Rasterlayer - Select All- Change selection -contract to 12 px

invert selection - fill with linear gradient 45/8

repeat Cross Shadow

Effects Plugin BorderMania_Frame 2

Repeat the last used Drop Shadow

Deselect

Copy the Text from the Material or your own - paste as nwe

Layer - Watermark as new layer

Step : 5 Animation

Edit copy all layers

AniShop - paste as new Animation - back to PSP

Layer "sinddot + Imageframe " became invisible

visible the first copies of both layers

Edit- copy - all Layers

AniShop - Paste after the selected frame -

back to PSP - both Layer became invisilbe

copy 2 became Visible again

Edit - copy all Layers

AniShop - paste after the selectet frame

Edit - select all-

Animation - Frameproperties to 20

Now you can safe your Image as a GIF
