New Canvas 700 x 600 px transparent
FG color #ac1414
BG color Black
fill layer with Black
copy " Sanguine by emptyidentity MDZ MIST.pspimage - paste as new layer
Activate layer 1
Select All- Change Selection - contract to 25 px
invert selection - activate Tubelayer - delete- Deselect
Adjust - Hue/Saturation - coloring to your FG Color
Values H 255 + S 201
Blend Mode - Hard Light - Opacity to 46 %
Copy from the Scrapkit " element22glitterweb.png - paste as new layer
duplicate layer 2 times - rename into Glitter 1 - Glitter2- Glitter3
Layer Glitter 3 Xenoffex Constellation like this - look at the red arrow
layer became invisible - repeat Xenofex to Glitter 2 and click
Random Seed once
Layer became invisible
Repeat Xenofex to Glitter1 - layer stays visible
Step : 2
new Rasterlayer - Send to the top
fill with FG color - Layers- Load Mask from file
Merge group
Effects Plugin Graphics Plus-Cross Shadow
Effects Edgeeffects - enhance more -

Summarized group- duplicate layer
activ the origianl mask

Opacity to 40 % - acktivate the duplicated mask

copy your Tube - mine " w goth red dress by Bienetre -
paste as new layer - arrange to the right side to the bottom
Drop Shadow with this values and chequed Schadow as a new layer -
Color FG color
repeat the Shadow with negativ values

open the Scrapkis "blackwidowfreekit "
open the Element " element 19png- Image flip verically -
Image resize to 715 px width- copy close Original without changes .
pase as new layer
Arrange to the bottom (see my picture )
Coloring
Drop Shadow new layer not chequed
2/-5/656,00 Black -
Open the Element "element07.png - Image resize to 15 % - copy paste as new layer
Image - flip - Free
arrange the Tube to the right to the edge of the mask
repeat coloring - Drop Shadow
-1/1/65/1,00 VG Color - duplicate - summarized down
duplicate - arrange down at the tubes dress
Step : 6
Open the element "element 18 png - Image Resize to 35 %
copy - paste as new layer -
coloring - repeat Dropshadow -
duplicate layer - summarized down
arrange to the left side at the edge of the mask
sharpen to all Elements
summarized the last layer with the Eleements down 2 times
Rename into Elements
Step : 7
New Rasterlayer - send to the top
fill with gradient -
Effects Plugin Alf"s Border FX - Border Fade II
Select All- Change selection - contract to 25 px - Delete
Deselect - Rename into "Imagenoise"
copy now the Text or your own- paste as new layer
duplicate the textlayer - activ the original Text
Effects - distorsion effects - Wind
Drop Shadow like this 2/2/65/1.00 Black to the duplicated textlayer
Watermark as new layer
Step : 8
duplicate the layer - Imagenoise " 2 times and the layer "Elements 2 times
copy (2) from elements - Graphic Plus Cross Shadow - 128/255 - last two values
layer became invisible
copy elements - repeat Cross Shadow with 128/255 -
layer became invisible
elements- repeat shadow with 128/195
Activate copy (2) from "Imagenoise!- Adjust - ad noise
- layer became invisible
copy from Imagenoise - Add noise 35-
layer became invisible
Imagenoise - Add noise 28
activate the layer 6
now your Range has to look like this
Do´nt mind, layer 5 is my Imagestamp for you no layer to Multiplication !!!!!!
Edit - copy all layers - AniShop- paste as new Animation
back to PSP - Layer Glitter 1 and Imagenoise became invisible- the first copys became visible
copy all layers- AniShop- click into the sign for paste see screen
back to psp - layers became invisible and copy 2 and Glitter3 became visible
copy all layers - AniShop- click to the paste sign
Edit - All and save as a GIF
