All Plugins and Effects are duty

Both Frames are required elements- Effects you can decide for yourselve

Image size is observed.

Tube Choice is made freely ....

Picture stamp on each image mus be visible

Load the stamp from the material, not your own name on the picture.

Picture may not be shown until the voting is over.

Step :1

New Canvas 850 x 650 px transparent

FG Color # d89d67

BG color # 991507

Fill Layer with Gradient

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 25.00

Step: 2

New Raster Layer - Select All- copy your Tube - paste into a selction -

Deselect -

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 15,00

Layers Merge visible

Effects- Image Effects - Seamless Tilling (Default )

Effects Plugin Fantastic Machines_Paint Engine

Step : 3

Copy your Tube again - Paste as new Layer -

Adjust Size - I resized to 60 % -

Sharpen -

Step : 4

New Raster Layer - Select All -

Copy "Frame cb039fdcac96.pspimage - paste into a selection

Deselect - Blend Mode - Hard Light -

arrange your Tube into the Frame - as you see at my picture .....

Effects 3 D Effects Drop Shadow

5 / 5 / 60 / 10.00 Black - Repeat - 5 / -5

Layers Merge visible

Step : 5

Select All- Change Selection - contract to 5 px -

Effects 3 D Effects Chisel - BG color

Repeat the Drop Shadow- Deselect

Image Resize to 90 % no checked to all layers-

Copy - New Raster Layer - send to the bottom - Select All

Paste into a selection - Change selection - contract to 5 px

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 15,00

Repeat Paint Engine

New Raster Layer - Arrange to the top - copy

"Frame(2445).pspimage - pste into a selection - Deselct

Blend Mode - Hard Light

Effects Plugin Xero Procelain XL

Layers Merge all

Effects Plugin opikVerve Labs_virtualPhotographer

Step : 6

Now paste your Text as a new Raster Layer - adust a Drop Shadow

Paste the Contest Watermark as new layer

Layers Merge all

Activate your Rectangle tool and select the picture in the middle -

chance selection - now your picture have to look like this

Step : 7

Effects Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Deselect - Edit Copy - open Anishop -

Paste as new Animation - back to PSP - undo the last two steps -

repeat Constellation - Star Size to 3.00 click Random Seed once

Deselect - Edit copy - AniShop - paste after the selectet frame

Edit - Select All -

Animation - Frame properties 15

Now save your picture so......

send with the Subject : contest4
