Step :1

Open a new Canvas 800 x 580 px transparent

FG color #f6a400

BG color #5b4e21

fill layers BG color - Effects Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Effects Plugin Flaming Pear_Flood

Step: 2

copy " place_concorde_crepsule.pspimage - paste as new layer

arrange to top - Blend mode Hard Light

repeat Flaming Pear Flood - Rename Animation

copy " Devilsinside_283_2009.pspimage - paste as new layer

arrange to the right side - arrange a little slightly down -

Blend mode Soft Light

copy " Devilsinside_211_2009.pspimage - paste as new layer

arrange to the left side

by my Tub - Adjust - Digital Noise Removal

Adjust Sharpness Unsharp Mask

Step : 3

activate Raster 1 - Selections select all - Image Crop to Selection

Select all

Image Canvas Size

Selections Invert

New Raster layer - arrange send to top - fill with the Gradient

Effects Texture Effects Weave

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

select none

Step : 4

activate Raster 1 - Image Canvas Size

New Raster layer - arrange send to bottom - fill BG color

repeat Cross Shadow + Flaming Pear Flood -

duplicate layers - Image Flip - Opacity 50 %

Layers Merge down

New Raster layer - arrange send to top - fill with the Gradient

Layers - load mask from disc

merge group - Image Resize

Blend mode Hard light - Effects Plugin Photo Effex Scanlines

repeat Inner Bevel - activate the last layers down - Selections select all

Image Crop to selection

select all

Image Canvas Size

Selections Invert - New Raster layer - arrange send to top

fill with the gradient - repeat Weave + Inner Bevel - select none

Step : 5

copy the Text from Material - or a new Text

paste as new layer

- Paste your watermark as new layer

activate layers Animation

Effects Plugin Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Edit -copy all layers - Open the AniShop - paste as new Animation

back to PSP - undo the last Step

repeat Constellation 1x Random Seed

Edit -copy all layers - AniShop -

Edit - paste after current frame

Edit - Select all

Then save your picture as gif
