Step : 1

Open a new Canvas 800 x 600 px Black

FG color Black

BG color #d42329

Effects Plugin L&K Zitah

repeat Zitah

Step : 2

New Raster Layer -Selections select all - copy " parrfumbeauty_Chris.pspimage

Paste into the selection - select none

Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur

Effects Image Effects Seamless Tiling

Effects Art Media Effects - Brush Strokes

light color from Image #f83668

Blend Mode Hard light

Step : 3

New Raster layer - fill with the Gradient

copy the Tub parrfumbeauty_Chris.pspimage - paste as new layer

arrange to the left side border - Layers Merge down

Layers - Load Mask from Image

merge group - Effects 3 D Effects Drop Shadow

1 / 1 / 45 / 1,00 black

Effects Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow ( default 128/128 the last two )

Layers Merge Visible

layers duplicate - toogle invisible

activate Orginal layer

Effects Plugin Simple_Pizza Slice Mirror

activate the copy from Layer - toogle visible

- Image Resize 90 % all layers no checked

Drop Shadow 1 / 1 / 45 / 1,00 BG color -repeat -1 / -1

Step : 4

Selections select all - Selections Float - Selections Defloat

open " mzimm_alwaysandforever_swirlcluster.png -

copy to Shift + D - close Orginal

Image Resize 35 %

Image Resize 75 % - copy - paste to image as new layer

arrange a little down ( see my Image )

Selections Invert - delete - select none

Blend Mode Hard Light

copy " 1887_luzcristina.pspimage - paste as new layer-

arrange to the right side - Selections Tool Rectangle - select the tube see image

delete - select none

Effects Plugin Xero Porcelain XL

Adjust - Sharpness Unsharp Mask

Step : 5

copy the Text from Material - or a new Text

paste as new layer -

- Paste your watermark as new layer

activate the first layer down

Selections select all - Modify contract 3 px - Selections Invert

fill BG color - select none

activate layers - with the image in the middle -

Step : 6

Effects Plugin AlienSkin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Edit -copy all layers - Open the AniShop - paste as new Animation

back to PSP - undo the last Step

repeat Constellation 1x Random Seed

Edit -copy all layers - AniShop -

Edit - paste after current frame

back to PSP - undo the last Step

repeat Constellation 1x Random Seed

Edit -copy all layers - AniShop -

Edit - paste after current frame

Edit - Select all - Frame Properties 15

Then save your picture as gif
