Open all Material , Gradient into the Gradient folder

Mask into the Mask folder

Step :1

copy " abstract_cg.jpg - paste as new Image

Layers - Promote Background Layer

colorize to BG color

FG color #cebce7

BG color #37176b

Step: 2

copy " Devilsinside_265_2009.pspimage - paste as new layer

arrange to Image middle

layers duplicate - Blend Mode Hard Light

Effects Plugin Xero Porcelain XL

Sparpness - Sharpen

Step : 3

New Raster Layer - fill with the Gradient

Layers - Load Mask from Disc - Merge group

layers duplicate - Layers - Merge - Merge down - Rename - Mask

Step : 4

activate Raster 1 - Selections - select all - Image - Canvas Size

Selections Invert - New Raster layer - Arrange - Send to Top

fill BG color

Effects Plugin Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

New Raster layer fill with the Gradient - Invert no checked

repeat Cross Shadow

Effects Texture Effects Tiles color - FG color

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

Selections Invert - Effects 3 D Effects CutOut

0 / 0 / 100 / 45,00 BG color

Effects Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique

select none

Step : 5

copy the Text from Material - or a new Text

paste as new layer - colorize Text to BG color

Layers arrange over the layers Mask - Layers Merge down

Paste your watermark as new layer

Step: 6 Animation

Layers Mask activate

Effects Plugin AlienSkin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Edit - Copy all Layers

Open the AniShop - paste as new Animation - back to PSP

undo the last step - repeat Constellation

Star Size 3.00 1x Random Seed

Edit - Copy all Layers - Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame

back to PSP-

undo the last Step - repeat Constellation

Star Size 2.00 1x Random Seed

Edit - Copy all Layers - Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame

edit – select all –

Then save your picture as gif
