New Raster Layer fill with BG Color

Merge down

Load Mask from Disk - merge group
Layer duplicate- Blend Mode- Overlay
Layer 1 is activ
Image - Canvassize
New Raster Layer- send Layer down fill with BG Color

Plugin Tramages Tow The Line

Activ the Layer- Copy of Mask
Select all- Selection - Modify - contract to 65 px
Selection - Invert

Effects- 3 D Effects - Inner Bevel

Selection - Invert - Range - close the Belt Look Transparency
Effects- 3 D Effects- Cutout

Copy " chg_24_30052010.pspimage - paste as new Layer
arrange to the right - Delete - so everything is erased

Selection Invert
you have to invert the Selection - to do the Filter
to the Copy - Adjust - Digital Camera Noise Removal
Selection - Invert

Copy your 2. Tube - mine - chg_16_30052010.pspimage
paste as new Layer - arrange to the left -see my image
Delete - Selection- None
Repeat the Nik Filter as above - For me Blend Mode - Screen
Erase at the right Tube now this area
Paste your Text and Watermark
Merge all
Adjust Plugin Nik Color Efex Pro 3.1_ Polarization
Save as JPG
