Plugins : HIER

Xero Porcelain XL : HIER

DragonFly_Sinedot II

Unlimited 2.0_DCspecial_Rain

You may take this little figure    along for your orientation

1.)

Open a new canvas 750 x 580 px transparent

Fill the layer with black

Effects – Plugin – L & K Zitah

Effects – Plugin DragonFly Sinedot II – use color #cf9943 or a matching color from your tube

Effects –Plugin - Unlimited 2.0_DCspecial_Rain

2.)

Copy “ apure02fk3 – paste as new layer

Move to the right edge – layer – duplicate – merge down

Copy - tube490NLF 260808 – paste as new layer

Move to the bottom left – layer - move down

Open the tube “ calguisbrokenface2939 – Image – resize to 60 %

Copy – paste as new layer – move into first place

Place next to the tube on the right side – Adjust – sharpen

Merge all layers visible

Adjust – Digital Camera Noise Removal

Effects –Plugin - Xero Porcelain XL

Adjust – Fill Flash -  strength 45 – Adjust – sharpen

3.)

Selection – select all – new raster layer – fill with the gold pattern – apply Xero Porcelain like above

Selection modify – contract by 3 px – delete – selection invert

Effects – Artistic Effects – Halftone

Selection invert – Effects 3D – cutout – 0 /0 /100 /35 – color #d09a44

Selection – select none – merge all layers visible

Image – canvas size

New raster layer – move to last place – fill with black

New raster layer – fill with the gold pattern – use Xero Porcelain like above

Blend Mode – dissolve – opacity 12

Rename this layer “ Animation “

4.)

New raster layer – move into first place – fill with the gold pattern

Apply Porcelain as above – select all – modify – contract by 3 px – delete

Selection invert – Artistic Effects – Halftone – use like above – Adjust  - sharpen

Select none

Copy the Text that is included in the material – paste as new layer

Arrange it the way you like it – and add your watermark

5.)

Animation

Activate the layer called “ Animation “

Adjust – Add and Remove Noise – add noise

Edit – copy all layers

Open the animation shop – paste as new animation

Back to PSP – undo Noise – repeat the noise, set the value to 54

Edit – copy all layers

Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame

Back to PSP – undo noise – redo noise, set the value to 75

Edit copy all layers

Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame

Edit – select all – Frame properties 15

And now you can save your picture as gif
