Open all the material in PSP
Place the three masks into the mask folder

Open the the picture “ bild_chpspimage from the material folder
If you use different colors, now is the time to colorize it
Effects – Plugin – Unlimited 2.0 Filter Factory Gallery D_Confetti Mirror

Effects – edge effects – enhance
Selection – select all – selection modify

Copy, either your own, or my picture_Dubai jpg – paste as new layer
Selection – invert – hit the delete button – select none
Blend mode – Luminance Legacy

2.)
New raster layer – fill it with a light matching color – mine #a2cedb
Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group – Adjust – sharpen
New raster layer – fill with the light color #a2cedb
Effects - Plugins Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Load mask from disk

Merge group – Plugin – Photo Effex_Scanlines

Effects - 3D drop shadow 2 /2 /65 /3 a dark color #213b41 – repeat with -2 /-2
Image – resize – 110 % - all layers not checked

3.)
Open the tube MMDesignz_Cr165149 – Image – resize 80 %
Copy – paste as new layer – move down to the middle edge
New raster layer – select all
Fill with the dark color – selection - modify – contract by 2 – fill with the light color
Selection – modify – contract by 2 – fill with the dark color
Selection - modify – contract by 2 – hit delete – select none
Merge all layers visible
Image – resize 90 % - all layers not checked

4.)
New raster layer – move to last place – fill with the following gradient

Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur 25
Effects – Texture effects – fine leather

New raster layer – fill with the light color – move into first place
Effects – Plugins – Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group
Drop Shadow 2 /2 /65 /3 the dark color – repeat with -2 /-2
Effects – Texture Effects – Fine leather

Merge all layers

5.)
Image – add border 7 px, using your dark color – select with the magic wand
Tolerance + Feather 0
Effects – Texture Effects – Fine leather

Effects 3D – inner bevel

Selection – invert – 3D cutout

Selection – select none

6.)
Now you may add your text or a text brush to your picture
Or take the one included in the material
Effects 3d – drop shadow 2 /2 /65 /3 use the light color
Add your watermark – merge all layers
Effects – Plugins – Xero Porcelain XL

Selection Tool – Lasso – point to point – select the inside of the mask
Selection – invert – Effects – Plugins - Alien Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Select none
Edit copy all layers
Open the Animation shop – paste as new animation
Go back to PSP – undo select none – undo Constellation
Redo Constellation – click on random seed once
Select none
Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame
Back to PSP – undo select none – undo Constellation
Redo Constellation – click on random seed once
Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame
Edit select all – frame properties 15-20
Now you can save your picture as gif
