Plugins : HIER
Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation
Graphics Plus _ Cross Shadow
Xero Porcelain XL : HIER
Photo Effex _ Scanlines : HIER
FM Tile Tools
Open all the material in PSP
Place the silver pattern into the pattern folder and the masks into the mask folder

1. )
Open a new canvas 720 x 630 px transparent
FG color - #f6e3e2 – BG color - #ad6e6d
Fill your canvas with the dark color
Effects – Plugin – Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Layer – duplicate – Image – resize

Selection – select all – selection float – selection defloat
Effects – Texture effects – Mosaic Antique

Keep the selection

2.)
New raster layer – fill with the following gradient

Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group
Effects – plugins – FM Tile Tools_Blend Emboss – use standard settings
Selection Modify – selection border

New raster layer – fill with the dark color – New raster layer
Fill with the silver pattern

Blend mode – Luminance Legacy – Adjust – sharpen – layer merge down
Effects 3D inner bevel

Effects 3D – drop shadow – 3 /3 /75 /10 black – repeat with -3 /-3
Select none – make this layer invisible – activate the layer with the mask

3.)
Open the jpg picture in PSP
Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group – copy – paste as new layer – move to the left middle
Effects 3D drop shadow -3 /3 /75 /1 black
Effects – Plugins - Xero Porcelain XL


4.)
Open the tube MMDesignz_Cr177159 – Image resize – 70 %
Copy – paste as new layer – move to the right side of your picture
Layer move down in the layer palette (see my picture )
Activate the selection tool – rectangle – select the middle part of the decreased layer
Selection invert – make sure tube layer is active – delete – select none
Use Xero Porcelain with the same settings as above
Drop shadow 1 /1 /65 /10 black
Activate the first layer in the layer palette

5.)
New raster layer – selection – select all – modify – contract by 4
Fill with the gradient – use cross shadow like above
Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group – call this layer “Animation “
Effects Plugins – Photo Effex_Scanlines

Selection - invert – new raster layer – fill with the silver pattern
Blend mode – Luminance Legacy – sharpen – use inner bevel as above
Select none
Effects 3d drop shadow 1 /1 /65 / 5 black – repeat with -1 /-1
Activate the layer called Animation – drop shadow 1 /1 /45 / 1 black
Repeat with -1 /-1
Xero Porcelain – use as above 2 times
Now you can make the border layer visible again
Make sure the layer is in first place – activate
Copy from the material “buttons psp image – paste as new layer
You might have to colorize them

6.)
Now write your text
Font : BuenaScript SSK – size 36
Use both of your colors – FG and BG
Drop Shadow -1 /1 /75 /1 black
Use inner bevel like above and Xero Porcelain
Add you watermark

7.)
Animation
Activate the layer called Animation
Effects – Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0_constellation

Edit – copy all layers
Open the animation shop – paste as new animation
Go back to PSP – undo Constellation
Redo constellation – click on random seed once
Edit – copy all layers
Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame
Repeat this procedure one more time
In the animation shop
Edit – select all – frame properties 15
You can now save your picture as gif
