Material

Plugins : HIER

Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Graphics Plus _ Cross Shadow

Xero_Artworx

Open all your material in PSP

Place the mask into the mask folder

You may take this little figure    along for your orientation

**********************************************************

1. )

Open a new canvas 750x600 px transparent

FG color – black

BG color – white

Create the following gradient and fill the canvas

Effects – Xero_Artworx

2.)

Copy “ ss122-tube-colombe - paste as new layer

Move it to the top right – blend mode – Luminance Legacy – opacity 78 %

Adjust – sharpen

Open the tube MMDesignz_Cr143149 – paste as new layer

Place the face into the circle of the other tube ( see picture)

Blend mode – Luminance Legacy – Opacity 46 %

Copy tube “ss44-colombe – back to your canvas – select all

New raster layer – paste into selection – select none

Blend mode – Luminance Legacy – Effects – edge effects – enhance

Your picture should now look like this

Make raster 1 invisible

Activate the next layer – merge visible – blend mode Luminance Legacy

Rename – Animation

Make raster 1 visible again

3.)

Make sure the layer – Animation - is active

New raster layer – fill with the following gradient

Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group – drop shadow – 1 /1 /65 /1 – black

Adjust – sharpness – sharpen

4.)

Copy the tube “RedRoseInMartiniGlass_MistedbyGini – paste as new layer

Move to the right bottom side

Blend mode – Luminance legacy – edge effects – enhance

Take the eraser, and work on the area indicated by the arrows

As a result, you picture should look like this

5.)

Open the tube MMdesignz_Cr178159 – Image – resize – 80 %

Copy an paste as new layer – move to the left, a bit down

Sharpen

Effects 3D – drop shadow -3 /3 65/ 25 /- black

Adjust – Fill Flash

6.)

Activate raster 1 – select all – Image – crop to selection

Selection – select all – New raster layer – move into first place – fill with the gradient

Selection – modify – contract by 4 – hit delete – selection invert

Effects – Plugins – Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow – standard settings

Effects – 3D – inner bevel

Selection – select none

Activate raster 1 again

7.)

Image - Canvas size

New raster layer – move into last place – fill with the gradient

Xero_Artworx – use like above

Go to raster1 – drop shadow – 3 /3 /65 /5 – black – repeat with -3 /-3

Now copy the text from the material – paste as new layer – move layer to the  top

Place it where you like to see it the most

Paste your watermark as a new layer

8.)

Animation

Selection – select all – contract by 26 px

Activate the layer called animation

Effects – plugins – Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Selection – select none

Edit – copy all layers

Open the animation shop – paste as new animation

Go back to PSP – Edit undo select none – undo Constellation

( Make sure the area is selected when you redo constellation )

Redo Constellation – click on random seed once

Selection – select none

Edit copy all layers

Back to the animations shop – paste after current frame

Repeat this procedure one more time

In the animation shop – Edit select all – Frame properties 20

Now you can save your picture as gif
