Material

Plugins : HIER

AlienSkin Xenofex 2.0/ Constellation

Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

FunHouse_Emission Mirror

Unlimited 2.0_ Johann's Filters _ Symmetric Pattern 1

Copy the gradient into the gradient folder

The mask into the mask folder

Open the Font – minimize

You may take this little figure    along for your orientation

1.)

Select a dark color matching your tubes – mine is #8fa3a7

Open a new canvas 700x580 px transparent

Fill with the following gradient – or select one of your own

Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur – 25

Effects – Plugins – Fun House_ Emission Mirror

Effects – Reflection Effect – Pattern

Effects – edge effects – enhance

2.)

New raster layer – Selection – select all

Copy – JBL_122006_ MoonOverLake – paste into selection

Selection – select none – blend mode – soft light

New raster layer – fill with the gradient – repeats set to 5, and invert checked

Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group

Effects 3D drop shadow – 1 /1 /35 /0 – black

Effects – Plugins Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Adjust – Sharpness – sharpen

3.)

Selection Tool – rectangle – select the right frame of the mask

Copy TriziTube_RabittandLady – paste as new layer

Move the tube so it is nicely centered in the mask – selection – invert – hit the delete button

Selection – select none

Move the layer under the mask layer

Now select the left part of the mask – new raster layer – move it under the mask

Fill with the gradient – use Gaussian blur as above

Blend mode – hard light

Copy “ mit Herz 02301917_fantasygirl – paste as new layer

Move her centered in the selection – sharpen – selection - invert, hit delete button once

Selection – select none

Now make all layers,  exept the two recent layers,  invisible

Merge these two layers visible – now make all the layers visible again

Now you may see part of the left tube, on the right frame

Take the Selection Tool rectangle – select that area – hit the delete button

Selection – select none

4.)

Open the tube  “mds6311 Flowers Deco – copy – paste as new layer

Move to the bottom left of your picture

Copy “ Stait_BirdsNest “ – paste as new layer

Image – resize 75 % - all layers not checked – place it to the left above the flowers

Adjust – sharpen – drop shadow 1 /1 /35 /0 black – repeat with -1 /-1

Take the eraser – with the following settings

Carefully erase all the blue marks that have spilled over

Your screen should look like this

Activate raster1 – selection – select all – Image – crop to selection

Selection – select all

Image – canvas size

New raster layer – move to first place

Selection – invert – fill with the dark color

New raster layer – fill with the gradient (repeats set at 7 )

Effects – Plugins_Unlimited 2.0_Johann`s Filters_Symmetric Pattern 1

Blend mode – Luminance Legacy – merge down

Effects 3D inner bevel

Effects – edge effects – enhance

Selection – invert – cutout – 0 /0 /100 /46 your dark color #8fa3a7

Selection – select none

6.)

Now write your text

Font_Decatence – FG a silver pattern – BG the gradient (cursive )

Make the first letter size 48 and the following ones size 30

Effects 3D drop shadow – 1 /1 /35 /0 black – blend mode – Luminance Legacy

Now place the decorative tag as new layer – move it to the bottom right

Make sure you place it under the frame

Effects 3D drop shadow – 1 /1 /35 /0 black – repeat with -1 /-1

Write you name on the tag, and add the first shadow from point 6

7.)

Animation

Make the mask layer active

Effects Plugins_Alien Skin_ Xenofex 2.0_constellation

Edit – copy all layers

Open the Animation shop – paste as new animation

Go back to PSP – undo the Constellation

Redo the constellation – click on random seed once

Edit – copy all layers

Go back to the animation shop – paste after current frame

Repeat this Procedure one more time

In the animation shop – Edit – select all – set the frame properties to 15

You may now save your picture as gif
