Plugins : HIER

AlienSkin Xenofex 2.0/ Constellation

Graphics Plus _ Cross Shadow

Unlimited 2.0_Andrew's Filter 6_Bits Here

Plugins DragonFly's _Sinedot Shader

Open all your material – Pattern – GoldBack2 – place into the pattern folder

Open Font – FancyPants – minimize

Open the Cameron mask in PSP – minimize

Placr the mask “ Nostalgiamtjpg” into the mask folder

1.)

Open a new canvas 700x580 px Transparent

Fill with a light color from your tube – mine is - # e3da8d

Effects – Plugins – Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Plugins – Unlimited 2.0 – Andrew`s Filter – Bits Here

Effects – edge effects – enhance

2.)

New raster layer – fill with the pattern – GoldBack2

Layers – new mask layer from image

Merge group

Effects – Plugins_Sinedot

Repeat this filter once more

Effects – edge effects – enhance – name this layer – Animation

3.)

Open the tube “Calguistmistedb639 – Image – resize 80 % - copy

Close the original – answer no to saving changes – paste as new layer

Duplicate – merge down – Adjust – Sharpness – sharpen

4.)

Activate raster 1

Selection – select all – Image – crop to selection

Selection – select all – new raster layer – move to first place

Effects 3D – cutout – 0 /0 /80 /35 / color black

Selection – select none

Image – canvas size

New raster layer – move to last place

5.)

FG color - #e3da8d – BG color - #48432d

Create the following gradient – fill the layer

Adjust – blur - Gaussian blur – 15

Use Graphics Plus as above

New raster layer – move to first place – fill with the gold pattern

Layers – load mask from disk

Merge group

Selection Tool – Rectangle – select the middle of the mask – hit delete once

Selection – invert – drop shadow – 1 /1 /75 /5 /black – repeat with -1 /-1

Selection  - select none – edge effects – enhance

6.)

Now add your text vertically

FG color the light color – BG the gold pattern

Drop shadow – 1 /1 /75 /5 black

Now add your watermark on a new layer

7.)

Activate the layer called – Animation

Effects plugins – Alien Skin_Xenofex 2.0_Constellation

Edit – copy all layers

Open the animation shop – paste as new animation

Go back to PSP – undo Constellation

Redo Constellation by clicking random seed once

Back to the animation shop – paste after current frame

Repeat this procedure one more time

Animation shop – Edit – select all layers – frame properties 15

Now you can save your picture as gif
