Open all material in PSP, place the mask 10+ into the mask folder.
Open the second mask in PSP, minimize

1.)
Open a new canvas 700x580 px transparent
Pick a light FG and a dark BG color from you tube
My FG color is #a090a7 and my BG color is #3b266f
Effects, Plugins – Mura`s Meister_Cloud – be sure both of the colors are visible in the filter

Effecte, plugins_Unlimited 2.0_FunHouse_Polar Perversion

Effects – Texture – effects_Mosaic – Antique

2.)
New raster layer – fill with your dark color
Layers – load mask from disk – locate mask10

Merge group
3.)
New raster layer, fill again with the dark color
Effects – plugins – Graphics Plus_Cross Shadow

Layers – new mask layer from Image

Merge group – rename the layer – to Animation
4.)
Open MMDesignz_Cr096169pspimage – Image – resize to 85 %
Copy – close the original – paste as new layer
Make sure that the tube is centered, as shown in my picture
Adjust – Sharpness - sharpen
5.)
New raster layer – fill with the dark color – Selection – select all – selection modify
Contract by 10 px – hit the delete button once – selection - invert
Apply Cross Shadow like above
Effects – Texture effects – blinds – use your light color

Effects 3D – inner bevel

Selection – invert – Effects 3D – Cutout – using your dark color – as the shadow color

Selection – select none
6.)
Open from the scrapkit “ Hearts and Flowers”
hearts_twoflowers_candy.png – Image – mirror – resize to 80%, then resize to 60%
Copy and paste as new layer
Adjust – Hue and Saturation – the values of your dark color
H – 181 S – 125, Sharpness – sharpen – Effects 3D – drop shadow
1 /1 /80 /10 using the dark color #3b266f
Move it to the lower left hand corner – take the eraser and erase the stem
( view my image)
Make sure the flower is inside the mask frame
Move the layer to above the animation layer – merge down
7.)
Open from the scrapkit the text_hearts_flowerpower_wordart_candy png
Image – resize – 60 % - Adjust – sharpness – sharpen
With the selection tool select the word – Flower – copy – paste as new layer
Move it to the right side next to the tube – colorize – like above
Drop shadow – like above
Now select the word – Power – copy – again close the original
Paste as new layer – resize to 60% - all layers not checked
Place it under the word Flower (see my image) colorize, sharpen and drop shadow like above
Layer merge down
8.)
In the layer palette, activate the first layer and add your watermark as new layer
9.)
Activate the layer called Animation
Effects – plugins – Alienskin _Xenofex 2/0_Constallation

Edit – copy all layers
Open the animation shop – paste as new animation
Return to PSP – undo constellation – redo constellation – click on random seed once
Copy all layers – return to animation shop – paste after current layer
Repeat this step one more time, then go to Edit – select all – and set the frame properties to 20
Now you may save your picture as gif
