Open all your material in PSP, place the masks into the mask folder

1.)
Open a new canvas 800x600 px transparent
Select a light FG color from you tube, mine is #cd7178
And a dark BG color, mine is #041e3f
Fill the canvas with your dark color

2.)
New raster layer – Selection – select all – copy the jpg – paste into selection
Selection – select none
Layer palette – blend mode – luminance legacy
Effects – plugins – FM Tile Tools_Blend Emboss

3.)
Open the tube “ My immortal_by_sokolova_katarina1tube – merge down
Copy – paste as new layer – move it to the lower right edge

4.)
Open the tube MMDesignz_Cr11128 – layers – load mask from disk
Merge group – do the mask once more – merge group – Image resize 80 %
Edit copy – edit paste as new layer
Close the original to the question if you want to store as is answer no
Move the tube to the left of the picture, see above
Take the eraser with these settings
Erase parts of the background that are on the face of the tube
It should now look like this
Merge all layers

5.)
Effects – Plugins – Xero Porcelain XL - like these setting ( you may use your own)
Image add border 2px black
Layer – duplicate – Image resize to 90 % - all layers not checked (smart size )
Layer – duplicate – Image free rotate – left 5 % - Adjust - sharpness – sharpen
Activate the original layer
Adjust – blur – Gaussian blur – 15
Effects – plugins – Unlimited 2.0_Tramages_Wee scratches

New raster layer – move it into first place – fill with your light color
Layers – load mask from disk
Merge group – layer palette – blend mode – hard light
Now you may add text or a brush, just to your liking and your watermark of course
And be sure to put them on a new raster layer
I made a gradient out of my two colors
Merge all layers – add a border of 2px – black
