You may take this little figure    along for your orientation

Open a new Canvas 760 x 600 px

Set your VG color to a light Color

and your BG Color to a dark color from your Tubes

 

New Raster Layer - fill with dark Color

Effects Plugins Eye Candy 5 _ Nature _ Snow Drift with this values

New Raster Layer - Select all

copy " 1-fly-temp08.psp- paste into a selection - Deselect

Effects Plugins FM Tile Tools _ Blend Emboss default

 

Copy "Tube ss_fantasy_winters queen_sm_tube.psp -paste as new layer

Adjust - Hue/ Saturation with values from your dark color

For me like this

Arrange the Tube a little bit to the border and to the bottom (see picture )

Effects 3 D Effects - Drop Shadow 5 / 5 / 80 / 10,00 light color

repaet

 

Copy gothic-winter-white-beauty-gigi07.psp- paste as new layer -

Arrange to the left side and to the bottom - See my picture

colorize with the same values - Blend Mode - Soft Light

Merge Visible

Rename into "Hintergrund"

 

New Raster Layer - fill with light color -

Layer - New Masklayer - from Image

Merge group

Effects Plugins Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

New Raster Layer - Select - All- Selection - Modify- contract to 15 px

Invert selectin

Fill with gradient

Effects Plugins Eye Candy 5 Nature _ Snow Drift

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

select none

Paste your Watermark as new Layer

Activate the Layer "Hintergrund "

Effects Plugins AlienSkin_Xenofex 2.0 Constellation

Edit - copy all Layers

Open the AnimationShop- Paste as new Animation

back to PSP - undo the last step

Adjust Constealltion again with this Values and click Random Seed once

Edit- copy all layers

AniShop- paste after the selected Frame

Edit - Select all- Animation - Frameproperties to 15

Save your Image as a GIF
