Fill your layer with the dark color

New Raster Layer fill with gradient
Layer - Load/Save - Load mask from Disk
merge group
Drop Shadow 3 / 3 / 44 / 5,00 dark color

Adjust - Add Noise - Uniform 10
copy the Tube " Tubed_by_Monique42_1060.psp - paste as new layer
colorize with the values of your dark color
Copy " the flowertube - paste as new layer - arrange to the tob and to the right
colorize with the setted values
Copy " christmist_noel_6nov.pspimage - paste as new Layer
arrange to the right - colorize with setted values
Copy " CJ Frame 12.psp - New Raster Layer - Select all
paste into a selection - colorize

Arrange now the Facetube and the Candles into the Frame as you see at my picture
Open the Tube " MMDesignz_ nov08_041chr..pspimage - Image - Resize to 80 %
copy - close Original- answer question with NO
paste as new layer - arrange to the right side to the bottom (see pciture)
Adjust Xero / Improver 10 / 10 / 10
Drop Shadow 5 / 5 / 65 / 15,00 dark color - repeat with -5-5
Merge All- (Flaten)

Deselect - Merge visible

Activate the merged layer

Copy "cornerles216.psp- paste as new layer - arrange to the left and to the top
Blend Mode - Luminance L - Drop Shadow 3/3/65/4,00 black - Layer - duplicate
Image - mirrow - merge down - duplicate - Image - flip
merge down
Paste your Watermark as new layer
Write your Text "Beautiful X MasGirl between the corner (vertically)
Color: VG light color
Color: BG dark color
Adjust the last Drop Shadow
Activate the layer with the Corner
Effects Plugins Xenofex 2.0 Constellation
copy all layer
AimationShop- paste as new Animation
back to PSP - undo the last step - repeat Constellation
set Star Size to 3.0 and click Random Seed once
Edit - copy all layers
AniShop - paste after the selected frame
Edit select All- Animation - Frameproperties to 15
Save your Image as a GIF
