Open your material in Psp, copy and close the Originale.

FG Color # White

BG color # 78a0c3

Linear Gradient 45/5 - invert chequed

New Canvas 700 x 560 px transparent

fill with the gradient - Blur Gaussian Blur 25 -

 

New Rasterlayer - Select All

copy " ch249.pspimage paste into a selection - Deselect

Plugins _FM tile Tools - Blend Emboss default

Effects Textureeffects Glass Mosaic

Merge down

Copy " SS_636_Misted.psp - paste as new layer

Paste as ne layer - arrange to the right at the top

coloring to the colors of your dark color

F: 146 + S: 89

Opacity to 56 % Blend Emoss like above

 

Copy " trizia Tubes _Blue_08Psp- paste as new layer

set right to border see picture

Layes merged visible - rename into Image

New Rasterlayer - fill with the gradiend - invert not chequed

Layer - New Masklyer from Image

Merge group - Rename into Mask

Copy " Roma_blue_face_343-08.pspimage - paste as new layer

arrange to the left side

Activate your erasertool - and erase at the left shoulder / see Image/

Activate the summarized layer - Image Canvassize

760X620 Px

Magic Wand, click into the empty canvas - delete - Deselect

New Rasterlayer - Send layer to the bottom

fill with the dark color

Ancient Mosaic

Activate the layer - Image - Select All- free - not free- change selection - Select Marquee

New Rasterlayer - Send to the top

fill with the gradient 45/5 -invert chequed

Effects Textureeffects Lichens

take your light color at first place the dark color as second

Effects 3 D Effects Inner Bevel

select none

Deselect

Imagelayer is activ - Drop Shadow 6/6/65/10.00 black

repeat with -6/-6

Write your Text into your image - Drop shadow

Watermak as new layer -

summarized this both layers with the Imagelayer visible

For this all other layers became invisible

 

Now the Tubelayer is active - copy " snowtut249ch.pspimage paste as new layer

arrange to the boarder to the right ( see Image)

 

Activate the Masklayer

Effects Plugins Eye Candy Nature - Snow Drift - Dustin Light

Effects Plugins AlienSkin / Xenofex 2.0 - Constellation

Click into the Border at your image click with the right mouse- copy all layers

open the AnimationShop

paste as new Animation - back to PSP - undo the last Step

repeat constellation now click Random Seed once

copy like we did before

aniShop- paste after the selected frame .

back to PSP - undo the last step - repeat constellation - click Random seed once

Copy like above

AniShop - paste after the selected Frame

Edit - Select all- Animation - Imageproperties set to 20

Now save as GIF
