You may take this little figure    along for your orientation

Open your material in Psp, copy and close the Originale.

copy the pattern into the patternfolder

New Canvas 700 x 580 px transparent

Light FG color # d2dbf2

Dark BG color # 1472ad

gradient and fill layer

Blur- Gaussian Blur - 30 -

Effects Textureeffects

Glass-Mosaic

New Rasterlayer - Select all- Copy " MalikSha_Santuary_MD.psp

paste into a selection - Deselect

Effects Plugins FM Tile Tool /Blend Emboss

Arrange to the left top corner - Adjust Hue and Saturation- coloring

with the Values from your dark color H + s

 

Copy " Katussia ktb_06_001_76.copie.pspimage - paste as new layer -

arrange to the left corner to the bottom (See Image)

Drop Shadow 10/10/50/22,24 dark color from Image

repeat with -10/-10

 

Copy " Trizia Tubed_Gothmakeup.psp - paste as new layer

arrange to the right to the top

copy " Tube1680_Winter_Leaves_misted_22_.psd - paste as new layer

arrange into the middle to the bottom ( see my Image)

coloring like above

Drop shadow like above

 

copy " wolfbaby.pspimage- paste as new layer

arrange to the right to the corner - coloring -

Summarized all layers visible- Rename into !Image"

Also you can use adjust and the normal Xero Procelain

Image Canvas Size

Select All- Selection free- not free- Change selection - Select Marquee

New Rasterlayer - fill with gradient- invert not chequed -

New Rasterlayer - fill with the Pattern 100 H

Blend Mode Lighness L - Sharpen

Effects 3 D Inner Bevel

Deselect - merge down - rename into Frame

New Rasterlayer - send to the bottom - fill with the dark color

New Rasterlayer - set now your pattern

Fill the layer with the patten- blend Mode Soft light - Layer merge down -

Adjust - Noise -

uniformly - 30 - Monochrom chequed

Select All- change selection contract 3 px - invert selection

fill with the dark color - Deselect - rename into Background

Activate the layer "Image" Drop Shadow 10/10/85/6,00 dark color

repeat with -10/-10

Now write your text into the picture, set your pattern with the BG color

FG color gradient

Drop Shadow 1/1/85/6,00 dark color

Watermark as new Layer

 

Now we prepare the Animation

Merge the Textlayer, Watermarklayer and Imagelayer visible

Now you must have 3 layers

Framelayer, Imagelayer, Backgroundlayer

 

Activate the Backgroundlayer at the bottom

duplicate this layer 2 times

duplicate the Imagelayer 2 times

now your range must look like this

 

Activate the layer "background"

Adjust Noise

Repeat this at the both duplicated layers, with 30 and 40, the duplicated layers became invisible

Now activate the Layer "Image"

Effects Plugins VDL Adrenaline_Snowflakes

Layer became invisible - repeat this at the copy from Image

repeat the filter and click Random Seed 40 - layer became invisible

next layer from "Image" repeat the Filter set Random to 50 .

Layer became inisible- layer "Image" became visible.

Both duplicated layers became invisible

Now your range has to look like this

Click into the border from your picture- edit - copy all layers

open the AnimationShop- paste as new Animation

Back into PSP start at your range from the top

layer became invisible the next layer became visible see my screen

copy like above - Anishop- paste after the selected Frame

back to PSP - all Layer became invisible- open the last layer (copy 2)

copy like above

AnisHop paste after the selected frame

Edit all- Animation Frameproperties 15-20

Save your Image as a GIF
